Costs: Standard messaging and data rates may apply as per your carrier’s terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on our Services are owned by or licensed to AD Expand. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without our written permission.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Fees: Some Services may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused periods.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AD Expand will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
After end users consent to text messages to confirm their appointment, they will receive updates regarding their bookings.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
